Hey folks, Susan's a little busy tonite so I thought I would just share a little treat with you. This was handed to me today at work and I'm told it is really good. If you try it befor we do let us know what you think.
it is called 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 Tbls flour
4 Tbls sugar
2 Tbls cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbls milk
3 Tbls oil
3 Tbls chocolate chips ( optional )
A splsh of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well. Add the egg mix well .
Pour in milk and oil mix well.
Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 min. at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!!! ( this can serve 2 if you like) HA-HA
Now why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all just 5 minutes away from chocolate cake any time, day or night.
Now if some one has frosting recipe that is that quick this could be really dangerous!
I thought this would be a good addition to the blog since my wife always writes something like
LIFE IS SHORT, EAT CAKE. Now you have a recipe that will not take time out of your life, so enjoy.
