I'm starting to hate my job

I really love what I do don't get me wrong. I'm glad I have a job. I'm starting to hate all the other stuff that is going on there. Last week I was shorted an hour on my paycheck. So I had to add add it to this weeks paycheck. John and I have been really tight with money because we need to get the car fixed. So every penny counts. This week I was short by 7 hours. I was really looking forward to this check, and now I need to find out what bill I can float. We really need to get our car in the shop. I guess I should look at it like I'm going to have a great check next week?!?!!??!? That's what my boss said. She shouldn't have messed it up in the first place. I don't care for the way she walks around when she come in and doesn't say hello or good morning to any of us. We are a small group of people 5. 5 people and she can't said something nice to us. That makes everyone mad. It's not like we are asking for much. We all would like to ask for a raise, but we know better. She is having money problems I think so that's not happening. The guys have talked about walking out, and ask for a raise. What would she do??? She would need to train people for what we do. Not a lot of people know how to do it, and how to do it her way. That would take more money and time. I don't like the idea of losing my job. There is nothing out there. I'm hoping all this will pass and things will get better like they used to be. I don't even have the right tools to work with anymore. We keep running out of supplies to work with. So trying to get stuff done with out the right stuff takes longer and she wonders why things aren't getting done!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELLO!!! I just want my check to be right, the right tools and not to run out of supplies. Is that to much to ask for????
