Still Alive

So Friday I was feeling better. Went up to my mothers house to see my brother Tony who was there to pick up his daughter. Everything was fine with my back until I got home that night. I took my meds and tried to go to bed. I never got to sleep because of the pain. By 1:30am I had enough. I called the ER and they took me to come in. So off to the ER I went. They did more testing, nothing was found. They said that my kidney infection was just so bad that the pain will be there for awhile. So they gave me a different med that really helps with the pain. We got home at 5:00am, and so ready to sleep!!! I am feel better now but still not up par.

Saturday we were invited to a B.B.Q at our friend Tuckers house. It was for one of his son's who graduated from high school. We had a lot of fun. Not that I did more then sit and talk to people we have not seen in a long time. It was a blast. The food was to die for. Tucker cooks the turkey and pork in the ground!!!! They dig a hole put rocks then soft wood then hard wood to create coals. Then they place the meat which is rapped in tinfoil and chicken wire, then a heavy chain is contacted to the chicken wire then it is place onto the coals, and coals placed on top too. Then they put dirt on top of it all for 5 to 6 hours. When it is done they pull the meat out by the chains and open them up and its ready to eat!!!! Wow was it good.

They also had a trap water slide!!! Yep you can't get anymore redneck then that. The kids were having so much fun going down it. Only if my back was up to it. Hehehehe.

Sunday I weeded my flower garden and clean the house up a little bit. I'm still in pain trying to take it easy but its so hard when so many things need to be done. I going to work Monday in hopes that I can get some stuff done because I really need that pay check if you know what I mean!!
