Last night I found out someone we know passed away. It hit me harder then I thought it would. I found out just before going to bed, so I cried myself to sleep.

How do you talk to the family of the person who passed? I never know what to say. I want to be there for them, but I myself am sad and try not to show it. Do you talk about the person or do you talk about something off the wall to get their minds off the love one???

I couldn't stop thinking about it all day. Then to come home to more bad news that just breaks my heart that I just don't feel like writing about or waste anymore time with.

Life is to short and you should live it to the fullest.

I'm never sure what to say either. "I know how you feel" doesn't seem appropriate cause you really can't know. Usually I just say "I'm sorry". You end is a bit cryptic. Sounds serious. Your closing sentence is so very true. No matter how much time we have it's never enough so you have to enjoy every moment. {{HUGS}}
