Days are to short

I woke up this morning getting myself and my son ready for the day. I have 45 minutes to do it in. I know I could get up earlier but I love my sleep. With in the 45 minutes I get myself dressed and what not. Then I find myself doing things I really shouldn't be doing like dishes, vacuuming, and cleaning the cat pan only because I don't want to have to do it when I get home. I want to have fun when I get home.

I drop Joshua off at his fathers which is right next to his school. That works out so I can get to work on time. I drive to work, No one is there. I had to unlock the doors to the shop and find a note on what I'm doing for the day. Trim!!! A ton of trim that sits on boxes that are only knee high. So bent over sanding a ton of boards really didn't make my day but you know what I HAVE A JOB, that makes my day. So bend over I did, and sanded away the day. After work I drove to get Joshua at his fathers apartment, only to drive to a friend house to pick up some stuff for Goodwill's because I'm going there to drop some of my stuff off and thought I could help out. Then I get home to a house that the cats think is their play house and have put hairballs all over the carpets that I had already vacuumed. I just looked at it and said the hell with it. I had to make dinner because my husband was working over. He does the cooking on most nights which I love. He is the best cook ever. By the time I had dinner ready John was home so we all ate. Now it's 7:30pm and I still haven't had any fun. It's getting dark and I'm thinking of not going for my evening walk because I'm so tired, but my dog Sadie is giving me that "puppy dog" look. She has been home all day doing nothing so now I have to go or I feel really bad. So I take her, and I'm glad I did we both need to lose some weight. I get back and now it's 8:20. I need to take a shower, now it's 8:45, I sit to watch TV. The shows I wanted to watch aren't on, it's next week they start. That made me mad. So I flip around and find 90210, what was I thinking. I just wanted to see what it would be like because I loved the first one from years ago. I really don't know what I think of it. When that got over I sat in front of the computer and here I am writing about nothing, and the day is over. The days are to short!! That's all I have to say about that.

Days ARE too short. Busy days...it's hard to have fun with so much work to do.
